Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 3 small onions minced
- 1 small onion cut into rings
- 3 tomatoes minced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut in squares
- 1/2 red bell pepper cut in squares
- 1/2 lb Button Mushrooms sliced in half
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder to taste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder Also known as dhania powder
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Add 3 tbsp oil ,heat it, add cumin seeds followed by ginger garlic paste.
- Add minced onions ,once they turn brown ,add tomato paste, salt, turmeric, dhania powder, meat masala, red chilly powder. Once it leaves oil, add round rings of onions and capsicum.
- Add Cashew paste, kasuri methi and simmer for 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala. Serve hot with roti or naan.
