Ingredients
- 2 packed Button Mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup red capsicum
- 1/2 cup green capsicum
- 1/2 cup yellow capsicum
- 3 Onion rings
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 7-8 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
- first make a paste of ginger ,garlic, green chilly ,tomato.
- add a 5 tbsp oil,heat it,add chooti ilachi ,bayleaf ,cumin powder ,asafoetida.
- mix well.
- add tomato,ginger garlic paste.saute it for 5 min.
- add salt, black pepper,red chiilly powder,tuemeric powder.
- saute onion rings in 1 tesp of oil.
- when the masala get sauted properly than add mushroom.
- when mushroom get sauted add onion rings ,capsicum and cashew.
- add milk.
- cover it with the lid and saute it.
- when oil comes above then add kasuri metthi and garam masala.
- serve it with paronthe or chapati.
