Ingredients
- 250 gms Paneer cottage cheese
- 2 small onions finely chopped
- 6 tomatoes 2 tomatoes chopped and 4 pureed
- 1 red chilli whole
- 1 green capsicum chopped into juliens
- 1.5 inch Ginger half juliened and half made into paste
- 7-8 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 green cardamon
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi fenugreek leaves
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions
- Take a wok,put some oil in it,add gingergarlic paste,saute for a minute, add chopped onions,saute them till they are brown.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, followed by tomato puree.let it simmer for 5 minutes till tomatoes are cooked properly.
- In the meanwhile, dry roast red chilly,coriander seeds,cardamom, cinnamon on a tawa and let it cool down and grind it to powder.
- Put 1 tsp of this masala into the above prepared tadka.u can add bitbof more masala if u want.
- Now add capsicum juliens,green chilly ,salt ,turmeric powder and little bit of water and simmer till capsicum become tender.
- Now before serving add cream and paneer and cook for few minutes otherwise cream may curdle.
- Mix it properly.
- Garnish it with fenugreek leaves, garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with naan or chapati.
