Ingredients
- 250 Gram Brown chickpeas Kale channe
- 2 Big Onions Chopped
- 2 Big tomatoes Chopped
- 2 Tsp Garlic ginger paste
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Chicken Masala
- 1 Tsp Sambar Powder Homemade
- 2-3 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1-2 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- Wash the black gram well with water and than Soak it overnight.
- Next day morning boil it well. Around 6-7 whistles.
- Meanwhile in a pan, add oil heat it well.
- Add garlic ginger paste and sauté it well.
- After few minutes add chopped onions to it.
- Sauté well for few minutes.
- Once onions turn soft than add chopped tomatoes to it and sauté well again.
- Sauté well again for few minutes.
- Than add salt, turmeric powder,red chilly powder, sambar powder to it and sauté well again.
- Sauté well till all masala are cooked well.
- From the boiled black gram take 2 tbsp and mash it well.
- Add this with the mixture and sauté well for few minutes.
- Than mix the rest of black gram into it and sauté well.
- Add water as much as required and allow it to stir for few minutes.
- Once it is stirred well add garam masala to it and sauté well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Ready to serve.
