Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Curd sour is preferred
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 4-5 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Mix semolina, curd, salt,baking soda and keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Add chopped veggies in it and put oil on non stick pan and spread batter on it.
- Let it brown on one side and sprinkle some oil above and interchange the side.
- Let it brown from both sides.
- Now uttapam is ready and serve it with tamarind and coriander chutney
