Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup Semolina (suji)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 packet eno
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 3-4 Curry Leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 10-15 Coriander leaves
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Oil for tadka

Instructions
For idli dhokla
- First of all mix gram flour,semolina, water,half quantity of salt ,sugar ,lemon juice and mix it properly so that sugar dissolves in it
- Add 1 packet eno and put the batter in idli stand and make idli shaped dhokla out of it.
For tadka
- Take mustard oil in a pan,heat it till it loses color,now let it cool down a bit and add mustard seeds to it,then add astoefida, slit green chillies and add to it,now add curry leaves and add 1 cup water and remaining sugar,salt and lemon juice.
- Now pour this tadka on dhokla in such a way that it absorbs all water .garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with tamarind and coriander chutney.
