Ingredients
- 8 pieces Bread
- 6 tbsp whole milk full fat milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/5 cup Water
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 4 sliced almonds for garnish
- 8 raisins
- 1/4 cup almonds chopped, for filling
- 5 cups Oil for frying

Instructions
- Put water and sugar in a pan on a flame to make sugar syrup(chashni).
- Add green cardamon powder.
- Remove the bread sides and cut it into small pieces.
- Add milk in the bread pieces and make a dough.
- Add milk slowly.
- Make small balls out of the dough.
- Now flatten the ball on your hand add raisins and almonds in it.
- Make the ball again.
- Deep fry it low flame first and then high flame.
- Now put those hot gulab jamun in sugar syrup.and let the gulab jamun be on low flame for 5 min.
- Garnish it with dry fruits.
