Instructions
- wash and remove the green part of strawberries.
- chop them roughly and grind them in a mixer or using a hand blender to make the strawberry puree.
- in a bowl ,add strawberry puree,milk cream,condensed milk ,and sugar.
- mix well.
- mix gently with a blender until everything gets combined well.
- dont mix vigorously.
- pour this mixture into a freeze it for three to four hours.
- after three to four hours,ice cream would be set well.
- taKE it out ,leave it aside for few minutes,so that you can cut it or scoop it out ,blend it well in a mixer jar,and pour it into the bowl.
- the mixture after blending should be thick and not watery.
- wipe the lid well so that the water does not fall inside the ice cream.
- after the three time,repeat this process 2 times.
- strawberries to the mixture and mix lightyly.
- once you do this you will find that your strawberry ice cream has got a nice color.
- cover tightly and deep freeze it for another 5-6 hours or ice cream gets well.
- strawberry ice cream is ready to sreve. scoop and serve immediately with fruits of ur choice.
