Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup heavy cream fresh malai
- 10-12 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp saffron
- 1 cup faluda
- 4-5 tbsp rose syrup
- 1/4 cup pistachios

Instructions
- Take a pan.
- Add milk in it and boil it.
- Then boil the milk and put the milk on low flame.
- Add saffron ,dry fruits ,green cardamon powder, sugar , ,malai mix them all together in milk.
- Then boil the milk at low gas until the milk is halved.
- Keep on stirring the milk side by side.
- Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Pure the mixture into 10 kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
How to proceed ....
- To unmould ,rub a kulfi mould in between your palms for 1 to 3 min and then unmould it.
- Cut a kulfi into small equal portions.
- Pour 1 tbsp rose syure in a plate and add some faluda .
- Arrange the kulfi pieces evenly over the faluda.
- Drizzle a little rose syrup and top it .
- Serve immediately.
