Ingredients
- For dough...
- 2 cup all-purpose flour maida
- 4 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water warm
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp yellow butter
- For stuffing..
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 pack cream cheese,
- 1/2 tbsp Oregano
- 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
- 8-10 garlic chopped
- 3-4 tbsp maize flour makki ka aata
- For dip....
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- pinch Salt
- pinch black pepper

Instructions
For dough
- Mix salt ,sugar ,yeast in a cup of water.Keep it aside for 3-4 min.Add maida when the yeast water becomes bubbly.Add butter and make the dough.Keep the maida dough in a bowl and cover with cling wrap for 2 hours.Keep the bowl in a warm place.
After 2 hours...
- The maida dough will be formated in 2 hours.Sprinkle makki ka aata over the dough.Again mix the dough again.
- Now make a big ball of maida dough.Make a roti of it using dry makki ka atta.
- Now apply cream cheese on the roti.
- Put corns ,green chilly ,oregano and chilly flacks on it.
- Now add grated cheese on the roti,add chilly flacks oregano and chopped garlic on it.
- Now fold the roti and close it sides properly.
- Put the garlic bread on the oven tray.
- Make the lines on the garlic bread with the help of pizza cutter.
- Bake in pre -heated oven for 10 min at 180 degree celcius.
- Apply melted butter on the baked garlic bread.
- Add oregano ,chilly flakes ,chopped garlic and bake on grill mode at 200 till it gets golden brown.
- Take a bowl.Add mayonnaise ,onion ,green chilly, salt ,black pepper.Mix well.
- The dip is ready to serve with garlic bread.
