Ingredients
- For boondi
- 1 Bowl Oil for frying
- 1 Bowl Gram flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Pinch baking powder
- 1 Tsp Dried mint leaves
- For serving
- 500 Grams Curd
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- 1 Tsp Dried mint leaves

Instructions
For boondi
- Take gram flour,salt,baking powder,mint,make a thick batter by adding water and keep it aside for 10 minutes now fry this batter by passing through a sieve as shown in pic
- Now take out Boondi when golden brown
- Soak the Boondi in water before serving for 10 minutes
For serving
- Whip the curd till smooth,add salt,chat masala,pepper,cumin powder,mint,leaves
- Squeeze out water from Boondi by using your hands and put it in curd .now Boondi ka Raita is ready to serve,if u think curd is thick u can add bit of milk also.
