Ingredients
- Pizza base dough
- 1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour Refined flour
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water as required for dough
- Pizza Toppings
- 1 Big Capsicum cut in long pieces
- 1 Big Onion cut in petals and half divided or as u like
- 1/2 Cup corn boiled
- 2 Tbsp pizza sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3-4 Pieces garlic Chopped or crushed
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 Tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mozzarella cheese Grated

Instructions
- In a bowl, add the wheat flour, refined flour, baking powder, asafoetida powder, curd, oil, salt and mix well.
- Slowly add like warm water to the mixture and keep sauting it well with hands, till the dough is ready.
- Apply some oil in your hand and ensure you dough it once again till the dough becomes soft.
- Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, divide the dough into 3-4 pieces.
- Make them in a ball way and than roll them with hands or like a chappathi and place it on the oven tray.
- Ensure the oven tray has been greased well, before the pizza base is placed on it.
- Once it is ready on the oven tray lets do the toppings.
- In a small bowl, mix chopped garlic with mayonnaise well.
- Apply on the pizza base well, ensure all corners are covered.
- Add capsicum, onion and corn as you like.
- Than add the pizza sauce and spread it on the base.
- Grate the mozzarella cheese and garnish all over (I have used it very less as don't prefer much of cheese)
- When all this is done, ensure your oven is preheated at 180* for 10 minutes.
- Place the oven tray into the oven for 20-25 minutes for 180* temperature
- Keep checking in between if it is getting cooked well
- Once cooked remove it from the oven
- Garnish with oregano and chilly flakes😊
