Ingredients
- 3 glass milk
- 8-10 almonds
- 4-5 cardamom
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 4-5 pieces black pepper
- 1/4 tsp saffron
- 3-4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp melon seeds
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds Khaskhas
- few cube ice
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds Saunf
- 2 tbsp pistachios chopped

Instructions
- Take almonds soak it in hot water for 10 min and peel it.
- Dip the poppy seeds for 10 mins.
- Grind all together and add rose water and add some water make a paste.
- Take a pan.
- Add milk ,sugar and saffron and boiled it.
- Let the milk cool down.
- Mix the almond paste in milk and mix well.
- Then drain the milk and add some ice cubes.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and chopped pistachios.
- Serve chilled.
