Ingredients
- 2 Onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 cup Button Mushrooms
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Lettuce leaves
- 250 g Paneer cut in long thin slices
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste

Instructions
- Cut all the veggies in long thin slices, put them in boiling water(they should not be boiled but parboiled)
- Put some butter in pan and add garlic paste till a bit brown
- Add sliced onions and saute them
- Put parboiled veggies except lettuce,saute these veggies for 5 mins
- Add salt ,pepper, oregano.
- Add lettuce leaves and keep it for 2-3mins till they soften
- Add sliced paneer before serving.
