Ingredients
- 1 cup oats saffola masala oats
- 5-6 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 carrots finely chopped
- 1 green capsicum chopped finely
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup corn
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1/2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- First of all chop all the veggies finely or u can chop it in food processor.
- Take oil in a wok,add chopped garlic, saute it,add all the chopped veggies.
- After sauteing them add packet of masala oats and 1 cup water.
- Simmer it for 5 minutes till it thickens.
- Garnish it with coriander and u can also add small cubes of cottage cheese (if u want)
