Instructions
- Soaked gurh in water (twice the quantity of rice)
- Take a pressure cooker and steam gurh along with water, fennel, ghee for 5 minutes so that gurh get dissolve completely.
- Now put chopped almonds and raisins in it and add rice to it and pressure cook it for around 5-7 minutes till aroma of cooked rice comes.
- Let the steam in cooker finish off open it and serve hot.
