Ingredients
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 yellow capsicum sliced
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- 1 green capsicum sliced
- 1 packet mushroom sliced
- 7-8 Baby Corn sliced
- 7-8 Paneer sliced
- 10-12 green beans, cut into two pieces
- 8-10 garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp mustard sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup cauliflower cut into small pieces

Instructions
- First of all wash all vegetables and cut into slices.
- Take a big pan.
- Add half pan of water ,add 1/4 tsp salt and boil it.
- When water boils ,add all vegetables and boil it for 5-6 min.then drain the vegetables. let the vegetable remain in the drainer so that the water drains properly.
- Take a wok.
- Add oil ,butter both together in it.
- Add chopped garlic saute it for 4-5 min until it light brown.
- Add salt ,black pepper ,chilly flakes ,oregano ,musturd sauce in it .
- Mix well ,then add all vegetables and mix with soft hands .
- Add paneer pieces and coriander leaves .
- Garlic boiled vegetables is ready now .
- Serve it immediately.
- Add paneer at the end.
