Ingredients
- 100 grams Baby Corn
- 200 grams Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 75 gms garlic Finely chopped
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Cillantro Also known as Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt Per taste

Instructions
- Steam the Baby Corn and Mushroom such that they are half cooked. Set aside.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the garlic and sauté.
- Add cooked baby corn, mushroom and mix well.
- Sprinkle the Chili powder, Salt and Oregano. Stir-fry and remove form heat.
- Sprinkle the vinegar over and garnish with the Coriander leaves. Serve hot.
