Instructions
- Mix curd in cream and keep it for 15 minutes
- Cut all the fruits, add powdered sugar to them so that fruit does not blacken
- Mix fruits properly and add cream to it.
- Keep the fruit cream in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Prepare the dry mixture by grinding the almonds, cardamom and cashews to a coarse powder.
- Take out before serving and if it is thick pour some cold milk in it and garnish it with dry fruit mixture.
- Fruit cream is ready to serve now.
