Ingredients
- 8-10 pieces fish boneless
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice juice
- 1 eggs
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 2 tbsp Oil

- take a bowl.
- take small pieces of fish.
- put a small pieces of fish in the bowl.
- add lemon juice,salt red chilly powder.
- mix well.
- and place it at side for 20 mins.
- add ginger,garlic,vinegar ,black pepper ,egg ,gram flour,rice flour.
- mix well.
- take the oil and heat it .
- cook on medium flame until golden fried.
- fry a piece of fish and check if spices are needed or not.
- if needed, add spices.
- now serve the fried fish with green chatni and tomato sauce.
