Ingredients
- 4 onion paste
- 1 small piece Ginger
- 3/4 garlic
- 2 Green Chilli
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp meat masala
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp corriander powder
- pinch cardamon powder
- pinch cinnamon powder
- 5 eggs boiled
- corriander leaves chooped
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
- Boil the eggs and peel it.
- Make a paste of onion ,ginger ,garlic ,green chilly and add some water to it.
- Make a paste of tomatoes by adding some water.
- Take a wok.
- Add oil in the wok.and add cardamon powder,cinnamon powder,bay leaf .
- Add onion, ginger ,garlic,green chilly paste .saute it until becomes light brown.
- Add tomato paste and add all spices.
- Saute it until the oil separates out.
- Add 2-3 cup water and boil it.
- When gravy becomes thick put egg.add garam masala.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with rice ,capati ,or prantha.
