Ingredients
- 3 cups pasta of your choice
- 3 Onions large, Sliced
- 2 Capsicum medium, chopped
- 2 cups Mix veggies cauliflower/ broccoli/ beans/ carrots
- 5-6 tbsp Pasta Sauce
- 5-6 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper or to taste
- 5 cups Water

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot with a little salt and few drops of oil.
- Add pasta and boil till pasta is done, for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat oil in a wok and add the chopped garlic.
- When it turns aromatic, add onions and cook till translucent.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Now add all the veggies and cook covered.
- By now, pasta must be done. Drain the water and run the pasta under cold water for about 30 seconds. Keep aside.
- Check the veggies. If not done, wait and let them cook further.
- If done, add the pasta sauce.
- Now add the boiled pasta and mix well.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- You may sprinkle basil or oregano for a more enhanced flavour.
- Serve hot with garlic bread.
Recipe Notes
If not using ready sauce :
You may use pureed tomatoes. In this case, add more spices like red chilli powder or chopped green chillies.
