Ingredients
- 7-8 Potatoes medium size
- 4-5 Onion sliced
- 3-4 garlic chopped
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 1 small piece Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup Curd
- 3 tbsp ghee
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce

- First of all peel and wash the potatoes properly.
- make Holes in the potatoes with the help of fork.
- Take a bowl add potatoes,little salt, red chilli powder, ginger,garlic paste in it and mix well.
- Keep aside for 15-20 min.
- Take a pan ,add 2 tsp oil in it .
- Add potatoes and fry until it becomes golden brown.
- Take a wok, add ghee in it.
- Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies ,cawhes nut all together and saute it for 7-8 minutes.
- Turn off the gas and keep the potatoes aside.
- Add onion paste in the wok .
- Add green cardamom,bay leaf ,tomato paste and mix well.
- Add all spices ,curd and mix properly, saute it for 5 min ,until the ghee seprates out.
- Add fried potatoes and cook the potatoes for 5-7 min by covering it.
- If the gravy looks thick ,add some milk and mix well. add some soya sauce and mix properly.when potatoes are cooked properly and add garam masala
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with naan or prantha.
