Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal urad dal / white
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 3 Onion chopped
- 7-8 garlic chopped
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 3 tbsp ghee
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- few Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Onion rings
- 3-4 Tomato slice
- 2 Green Chillies sliced

Instructions
- Take a bowl ,add urad dal,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tap haldi in it.
- Keep it in microwave oven for 15 min. so that the dal gets cook properly. do not let the dal to becomes very soft. time can be increase or decreased with your convinient.
- Drain the dal with the help of drainer and wash the dal with fresh water,keep aside.
For tadka
- Take a pan.
- Add chopped garlic in it. satue it until become light brown.
- Add onion, ginger, green chillies curry leaves in it, cook for 5-6 min,then add chopped tomatoes.
- Add all spices and saute it until become tomatoes soft and ghee separates out.
- Then add the tadka in the dal and mix with soft hands.
- Cover the dal and cook at low flame for 6-7 min.
- Add some garam masala,chopped coriander leaves.
- Garnish with onion , tomatoes, slices.
- Serve it with chapati or prantha.
