Ingredients
- 2.5 cup Gram flour besan
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Semolina suji
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 Lemon juice
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1/2 cup Water
- For tadka...
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- few Curry Leaves
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 cup Water
- 4-5 Green Chillies sliced

Instructions
- Take a bowl.
- Add besan ,suji ,salt ,sugar ,turmeric ,water ,1 lemon juice ,ginger paste.
- Mix well and a ready a smooth batter keep it aside for 5 min.
- Then add baking powder ,mittha soda and mix it properly so that it becomes fluffy.
- Take a cooker
- Add 1/2 glass of water to cooker and let it be on low flame.
- Take a aluminium bowl .
- Apply some oil on it.
- Add the batter to the bowl ,put the bowl into the cooker without whistle and let it be steamed for 25-30 min .
- After 15 min low the flame.
- switch Off the gas let the dokhla cool down for 5-7 min and then take it out from the mould.
For tadka
- Take a pan. Add oil ,mustard seeds ,curry leaves sugar ,salt vinegar ,lemon juice and 2 cup water.
- Boil for 5-8 min.
- Add green chilly.
- Cut the dhokle in to small pieces and put the tadka on it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with sauce.
