Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Urad Dal Black ma ki dal
- 1/4 cup red kidney beans rajma
- 3-4 Onion chopped
- 3-4 tomato paste
- 1 small piece Ginger chopped
- 7-8 garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 pinch Asafoetida hing
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream malai
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- 2 tsp yellow butter
- Coriander leaves chopped
- For dry masala
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1 thick cardamon
- 2 small pieces Cinnamon
- 2 clove

Instructions
- Take a cooker.
- Add 4 cup water ,salt ,baking soda.
- Boil it.
- After 5-6 whistles and then low flame.
- Let the dal be boiled for 20-25 mins and keep on mixing it.
- Take a wok.
- Add ghee ,butter ,hing cumin powder to it.
- Then add onion ,green chilly ,ginger ,garlic .
- Saute it until it becomes light brown.
- Add tomato paste and all spices .
- Saute it until the ghee seprates out.
- Make a dry powder clove,green cardamom ,black thick cardamon ,cinnamon in grinder.
- Add 1 cup milk in dal let it be on low flame and keep on mixing.
- When dal gets mashed put tha tadka in it.
- Now 1/2 cup cream /malai and let the dal be made on low flame.
- Garnish with corinder and ginger slices.
