Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal white maa dulhi dal
- 5-6 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp kasuri metthi
- 4 cup Oil
- For curd
- 2 cup Curd fresh
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder roasted
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp chat masala
- 1/4 tsp mint powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5-6 tbsp Gram flour besan

Instructions
- First of all soak white dal for 5-6 hours.
- Now drain the water add little water and grind it in mixer and make a smooth batter.
- Add green chillies ,ginger ,cumin seeds ,kasuri metthi ,salt ,black pepper ,hing in it.
- Mix properly and check the batter by putting it into 1 cup water if the batter floats then it is ready to make bhalla. if batter looks thin add 5-6 tbsp besan and make bhalla.
- Now apply water on your left hand and take batter on your hand and make hole as shown in pic. apply some water on right hand and then take the batter on it from left and put in the wok.
- Deep fry them till golden brown at medium heat.
- Now take out the fried bhalla on tissue paper.
- Now soak them bhalla in water 20 mintues ,wipe the water ,from them ,now bhallas are ready to be added into the curd.
For curd
- Beat the curd ,add milk if curd is very thick ,now add bhalla to it ,add salt ,chat masala ,black pepper ,coriander leaves ,mint powder ,cumin powder.
- Serve it with green and tamrind chutney
