Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal black whole, mah ki dal
- 2 tbsp red kidney beans rajma
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 2 tsp mustard oil sarson oil
- 1 tsp ginger powder sund
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 2 tsp heavy cream fresh malai
- 1 tsp Coriander powder dhania powder
- 1 tsp meat masala
- 3-4 Onions grated
- 4-5 tomatoes grated
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour

Daal makhani
- Soak daal and kidney beans overnight{u can Even steam it early morning if forgotten to soak}.
- Now in the morning, trasfer the soaked beans and daal to pressure cooker. Add water, hing, mustard oil, sund, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, heavy cream, coriander(dhania) powder, meat masala, grated onions and grated tomatoes. keep this in pressure cooker and cook it for around 45 mins
- Open the cooker, cook for 10 more minutes to make it thick
- Daal makhani is ready.
Lachhedaar prantha
- Take dough and apply oil as u do while making prantha
- Add bit of dry flour and make a fan shape and round it
- Make prantha and apply it on tandoor{as shown in pic}
- Turn the tandoor upside down
- Take out pranthas when cooked
- Serve pranthas with daal makhni and butter with onion
