Ingredients
- 2 Litre milk
- 500 Gm Custard Powder
- 1-2 Cup Sugar Can be adjusted according to taste
- 3/4 Tsp Vanila essence
- 2 Pieces Bananas
- 100 Gm Pomegranate seeds
- 1-2 Pieces apple

Instructions
- Take 1 glass of warm milk, add custard powder into it & mix it well. Ensure there is no bubbles in it.
- In another pan, take 2 litres of milk & boil well
- Once it is boiled, keep the gas flame very low & add the mixture of milk & custard powder into it
- Saute it well.. Than add vanilla essence & sugar in it
- Saute it in low gas flame & keep mixing it well
- After 2-3 minutes, switch off the gas
- Now get this mixture into the room temperature & than keep it in the fridge for close to 4-5 hours.
- Never keep in the freezer
- Once it becomes thick, remove it from the fridge can be made in 2 ways as people prefer in different ways: One plain & other with fruits but made little creamy
- Plain custard can be had as yet is once removed from the fridge
- For Fruit & Creamy custard - Take custard in a mixie jar, grind it only for a second, it becomes creamy
- Add banana, pomegranate & apple
- Mix it well
- Serve it with Grapes Jelly
