Ingredients
- 1 Cup rice No Basmati Rice
- 1-2 Pieces Green Chillies
- 1-2 Pieces cucumber
- 1-2 Piece Ginger
- 1-2 Pieces carrots
- 1-2 Pieces Mango
- 1 Tspn Channa Dal
- 1 Tbsp Urad Dal
- 1 Tspn Salt
- 1 Tbspn Curry Leaves
- 1 Tbspn Coriander leaves
- 1 Tspn Mustard seeds
- 1-2 Tspn Oil

Instructions
- In a pan add oil, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chillies, ginger and dals. Saute it weel & Tadka is ready.
- In a bowl take rice 🍚 and mix curd well, mix the tadka into it, add chopped cucumber, grated carrot, grated raw mango and coriander leaves.Mix well.
- Best to have when it is chill 😅 have it with mango pickle
