Ingredients
- 1 cucumber grated
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 tbsp mint leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder optional

Instructions
- Peel and grate the cucumber.
- In a bowl, beat the curd till smooth.
- Add the grated cucumber to the curd.
- Add all the dry spice powders, rock salt or black salt and coriander leaves.
- Mix well
- Garnish the cucumber raita with some coriander leaves and/or mint leaves.
