Ingredients
- 250 grams Okra bhindi, ladyfinger
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp anchur dry mango powder
- 1 tsp Onion seeds kalaunji
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1/4 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 2 cups Oil for frying

Instructions
- First of all wash lady finger and pat dry.
- Now make a slit at center
- Now mix salt ,turmeric, mango powder, kalaunji, fennel powder, kitchen king masala, Coriander powder, fill it in slit lady fingers.
- Now make a thin batter of gram flour and add salt,asafoetida, carom seeds
- Dip these ladyfinger in gram flour batter and deep fry it.
- Now lady finger is ready to serve.
