Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Coconut grated
- 1 cup peas
- 1 Onion cut length wise
- 4-5 tomatoes
- 5-6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 3/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 10-12 Black peppercorns
- 2 tsp Coriander powder Dry dhania powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Green cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4-5 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds Shah jeera
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds Khus Khus
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
- Take a griddle and put 1/2 tsp oil on it and roast the onions till light brown
- Remove it and keep it aside. Now put all the dry spices and roast it till you smell the aroma coming from it..
- Let it cool down and then grind it in a grinder( onion+dry spices)
- Now in the same grinder add the tomatoes,coconut(grated)and grind all this together making a smooth paste
- Meanwhile in a pressure cooker add the remaining oil and add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder and peas saute for a minute and add the paste to it..
- Saute again for a minute and add water to it and pressure cook it by giving 4-5 whistles and cook for 5 minutes more on medium flame.
- Your curry is ready to be served!!

Serve it with hot rotis, plain rice or even dosas!!!
