Ingredients
- 1 pack mushroom cut each mushroom into 4 pieces each
- 1 Capsicum big, finely sliced
- 2 Onions finely sliced
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Besan gram flour
- 1 tsp Refined flour maida
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- First of all dip chopped mushrooms in hot water and wipe them with napkin.
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, gram flour, refined flour and mix it properly as shown in pic.
- Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Now take a wok, add oil for frying and deep fry these mushrooms till golden brown. Keep them aside.
- Now take a wok, add oil and ginger garlic paste, onions, capsicum;saute them for 2 minutes.
- Now add sauces and vinegar along with salt and pepper.
- Cook till it becomes tender as in pic.
- Now add fried mushrooms.
- Chilly mushrooms are ready, serve them hot.
