Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken pieces
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 3-4 tsp chilli sauce
- 4-5 Onion diced
- 3-4 Capsicum diced
- 10-15 garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 egg,
- 3-4 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup spring onion chopped

Instructions
- Take a bowl.
- Add chicken pieces ,1 tsp soya sauce ,1 tsp chilly sauce ,vinegar , ,black pepper put them all together and mix well.
- Marinate and keep aside for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle 3 tbsp cornflour and salt on the chicken add beaten egg and mix well.
- Take a wok.
- Add 4 tbsp oil add garlic to it.saute it until it becomes light brown.
- Add onion ,capsicum and saute it for 5-8 min.
- Add soya sauce ,tomato sauce ,chilly sauce add little salt and black pepper because it is already there in marination.
- Take a another wok.
- Add sufficient oil so that chicken gets easily deep fried.
- Take out the deep fried chicken on a kitchen papper.
- Take 3 tbsp of cornflour mix 1 cup of water to it .
- Add cornflour paste to onion masala and mix well when gravy becomes thick mix it with chicken.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
