Ingredients
- 250 gm Paneer cut in to slice
- 3 Onion sliced
- 1 cup Capsicum sliced
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp termric powder haldi
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- Take a wok, add ghee, onion in it.
- Saute it for 5-6 min, then add capsicum and mix well.
- Add all spices and saute it for 3-4 min.
- Add paneer slices and mix well with soft hands. add the paneer 5 mins before serving.
- Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Serve it with chapati or prantha.
