Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni boiled
- 1 green capsicum cut in square pieces
- 1/2 yellow capsicum cut in square pieces
- 1/2 red capsicum cut in square pieces
- 2 Onion chopped
- 7-8 garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli sauce
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- leaves coriander chopped

Instructions
- Take a pan.
- Fill the pan with water
- Add salt and boil it.
- Add macaroni and boil for about 5 mins or as per instructions on the packet.
- Drain macaroni and keep aside.
- Take a wok.
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and saute for few seconds.
- Add onion and saute for 2 min, add capsicum and saute for about a min.
- Add salt, black pepper.
- Add tomato, red chilli powder, soy sauce, chili sauce and mix well.
- Add macaroni and toss well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
