Ingredients
- Chicken Biryani
- 1 Glass rice Basmati to be taken, as it gives a different falvour
- 2 Pieces Onions big
- 10-12 cloves garlic
- 10-15 Pieces Ginger
- 3-4 Pieces tomatoes
- 4 Tbspn Coriander leaves
- 4 Tbspn mint leaves
- 1/2 Tspn Biryani Masala
- 1-3 Ml Lemon
- 3/4 Tspn Salt
- 3-4 Pieces Cloves
- 1-2 Pieces Cinnamon
- 1-2 Pieces star anise
- 1-2 Pieces bay leaves
- 1/2 Kg Chicken
- 3-4 Tbspn Oil
- 2-3 Pieces Green Chillies
- Onion Pachadi
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1/2 Piece Onion
- 1/4 Tspn Salt
- 1/4 Tspn Red chilli powder
- 1/4 Tspn cumin powder

Instructions
- Soak Basmati rice & keep it for 15-20 minutes
- Grind garlic & ginger, make it as a paste
- In a pan, add oil, Cinammon, Cloves, Star Anise, Bay Leaves & garli ginger paste, Saute it well.
- Once you sauté it, add chopped onions & green chillies, again sauté it well
- Than add chicken & salt to the mixture & again sauté it well
- Once nicely mixed, add chopped tomatoes & biryani masala & than sauté it well
- Once nicely cooked, add mint leaves, coriander leaves & basmati rice (wthout water). Saute it well
- Finally add water (for 1 glass rice, add less than 2 glasses of water) & little lemon into it & sauté it
- Than keep it for pressure in the cooker (2 whistles more than enough)
- Garnish & have it with onion pachadi
Onion Pachadi
- In a bowl, take curd, onions, cumin seed powder, red chilly powder & salt
- Saute it well & serve with Biryani
