Ingredients
- 3 Onions
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cardamom
- 2 Curd
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Bowl all-purpose flour Maida
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp Curd
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 Bowl Paneer or Cottage cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tsp ground coriander Dhaniya powder
- 1 Tsp cumin powder Jeera powder
- 15 Leaves Coriander
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
Gravy
- Take a pan and put oil in it ,now add sliced onions,saute them till brown
- Now add curd and saute it for 2-3 mins
- Now add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, cardamom and cook it for 5-7 mins till gravy loses oil. Let it cool down.
- Now grind the mixture in grinder and again keep it on gas and add milk, cook it for 2-3 minutes. add 2 drops of soya sauce to give color to gravy , now gravy is ready,
Stuffing for naan
- Mix cottage cheese, finely chopped onion, salt, coriander leaves, coriander powder and cumin powder in a bowl.
Naan
- Take refined flour, add curd, baking powder, salt, sugar(dissolved in water),1 tsp oil and knead the dough using water.
- Keep this dough for 30 minutes.
- Now make chapatis from dough and fill the stuffing in it and after that apply it on tandoori,put the tandoor upside down,naan are ready once turned brown,naan are now ready,serve it with gravy
