Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer cubed
- 1 cup Onion pieces
- 1/2 cup Capsicum pieces
- 4 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- 2 tbs chilli sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 tbs ajino motto chinese salt
- 1 tbs vinegar
- 1/2 cup spring onion chopped

- Take a bowl.
- Put cheese cubes into the bowl and sprinkle 2tbsp dry corn flour,salt and mix well.
- Now deep fry the cheese until it becomes light golden brown and then put it in cold water.
- Take a pan.Add 4 tbsp oil to it.
- Add garlic and saute it until it becomes light brown.Add spring onion,capsicum ,simple onion and saute it for 5mins.
- Add salt, black pepper,ajinomatto.
- Take 1/2 cup water, add 1.5 tbsp corn flour,soya sauce,chilly sause in the cup and mix.
- Add this mixture in onion sauted before.
- When gravy becomes thick,take out cheese from water and mix it in vegetables.
- Add cheese to gravy 10 mins before serving.
- corn flour can be increased or decreased according to quantity to be made.
- Yummy cheese chilly is ready.serve it with bread.
