Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina Sooji
- 3 cups Water
- 1/2 cup White Channa chickpeas, boiled
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 4 Curry Leaves
- 7-8 Cashews
- 1/4 tsp Amchoor
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup green beans, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup Capsicum chopped
- 8-9 Coriander leaves
- 1/2 Lemon for juice
- 2 tbsp Bhujia for garnish
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Green Chillies chopped

Instructions
- Roast samolina in a hot pan till light brown and keep aside
- In a hot pan, add oil, mustard seeds and chopped onions. Roast the onions till golden brown
- Add curry leaves and chopped vegetables. Cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes till the vegetables are a little soft.
- Add chopped green chilies, samolina, boiled chickpeas, water, salt, lemon juice or Amchoor powder and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, till the water dries out.
- Garnish with cashews, coriander leaves and bhijia.
- Serve hot.
