Ingredients
- 1 cup rice basmati rice
- 6-7 soya champ
- 3 Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp safforn
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 3/4 tbsp cream malai
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Masala
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 small Cinnamon
- 3 Onion sliced
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- few mint leaves chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- First soak the rice in water.
- Take a big pan ,add half pan of water in it .
- Add salt ,black cardamom bay leaf and boil it.
- Drain the rice and wash with fresh water.
- Remove the stick of soya champ and cut into small pieces.
- Take a bowl add soya pieces ,salt ,red chilli powder ,meat masala in it.
- Mix well and keep aside for 20 mins.
- Take a non-stick pan.
- Add ghee ,green cardamom ,cinnamom saute it for 2-3 min.
- Add chopped onion ,green chillies ,saute it for 5 min.
- Add tomato paste ,curd ,cream in it ,and mix properly.
- Add champ pieces and saute it so that the ghee seprates out.
- Take a pan add ghee ,sliced onion ,saute it for 5-6 min until becomes golden brown. then saute the cashews so that they become golden brown.
- Take a bowl add 5-7 tbsp hot milk and saffron in it .
How to assemble biryani
- take a pan put he champ in it the put pudina and mint. then make a layer of rice then again put coriander and mint. make a layer of champ on and then again make a layer of rice.
- put very little kesar milk on it.make a layer of cashews and fried onion.
- add 1tsp ghee.cover the pan with lid.Take some dough.put the dough around the lid.keep it on tava for 10 mins.
- dum biryani is ready.serve hot.
