Ingredients
- 4 carrots Grated
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Tbsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Allow it to splutter well.
- Than add chopped onions and green chillies.
- Sauté for few minutes till it becomes soft.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and sauté for 2 more minutes.
- Than add grated carrot and sauté well.
- Cook till carrot becomes soft and it is cooked well.
- Serve it with Rasam rice.
