Ingredients
- 200 Gram carrots cut into small pieces
- 2 Big Potatoes cut into small pieces
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds can be replaced with cumin seeds as well
- 1/2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped

Instructions
- In a pan add oil, heat it well than add mustard seeds, than add cut carrot and potatoes.
- Sauté it well for sometime.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder
- Sauté it well till it is cooked well (don't cover it)
- Once cooked well, garnish with indian herbs coriander leaves.
