Ingredients
- 200 Gram green beans,
- 200 Gram carrots
- 10-15 Pieces garlic
- 3-4 Pieces Dry red chillies Sabut
- 2 Big Onions
- 1/2 Tspn Mustard seeds
- 1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tspn Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tspn Salt
- 1-2 Tbspn Oil

Instructions
- In kadai or a pan add oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped garlic and sabut red chilly & sauté it well
- Add cut onions and sauté well again.
- Than add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt and sauté it well.
- Just cover for sometime and it will be ready to serve (Do not add water, while covering)
