Ingredients
- 4 Capsicum chopped
- 2 Onions chopped
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tbps Curry Leaves
- 2-3 Pieces Coconut grated, optional - can be added or used only for garnishing

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
- Than add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onions to it, sauté till onions turn light brown.
- Once it is brown than add chopped capsicum, salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and sauté well.
- Sauté till it is cooked well. (should never be covered else water will be drained)
- Garnish with coconut 😊 coconut is usually mixed well with this but can be taken as optional..
