Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg cabbage
- 2 Big Onions
- 1 Tbspn Curry Leaves
- 1/2 Tspn Mustard seeds
- 1/4 Tspn Cumin seeds
- 2-3 Pieces Green Chillies
- 1/2 Tspn Salt
- 1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbspn Oil
- 1 Tbspn Coriander leaves

Instructions
- Have the cabbage nicely chopped in a bowl.
- In a pan, add oil, when it turns lightly hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, chopped onions and sauté it well.
- Once it turns in brown colour, add salt & turmeric powder to it.
- Than add, cabbage chopped & sauté it well.
- Cover with a lid for sometime & allow it to cook.
- It will take close to 20-25 minutes to cook
- Once you think it is slightly boiled well, it is ready.
- Garnish with coriander leaves (if required top up with Garam Masala)
