Ingredients
- 1 Cup Channa Dal
- 1/2 Kg cabbage chopped
- 3-4 Pieces Dry red chillies sabut
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 2-3 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder

Instructions
- Boil the gram dal in a wok. Allow 4-5 whistles.
- Ensure it is not mashed.
- On the other side, take a pan add oil and heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and allow it to splutter.
- Than add red chilly sabut and sauté for few minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage and sauté well.
- Keep sauting it till becomes soft.
- Meanwhile drain the dal and keep it aside.
- Mix it in the pan and sauté well again.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and sauté well again for few minutes.
- Ensure it is nicely mixed. Serve it hot...
