Ingredients
- 250 Gram Paneer Home Made Preferred
- 12-13 Pieces garlic
- 8-10 Pieces Cashews
- 4-5 Pieces Dry red chillies
- 2 Pieces Onions
- 7 Pieces tomatoes
- 1 Tspn Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
- 1 Tbspn Oil
- 1 Tspn Salt
- 1 Tbspn Coriander leaves
- 1/2 Tspn Butter
- 1 Cup milk Boiled
- 1/2 Tbspn cream optional

Instructions
- Take oil in pad, add chopped garlic, cashews, onion and red chillies & sauté it well, till onions r brown.
- Than add tomatoes & sauté it well again.
- Now ensure that is made cold or it is bought to room temperature.
- Grind it in the mixie jar.
- Take the paste and add it in the pan, add 1 cup of milk n salt, sauté it well.
- Once it becomes thick, add paneer and dry fenugreek leaves to it, sauté it well.
- If you want it to have more gravy, can add cup of water too.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, little butter & cream (if required)
