Ingredients
- 4 Slices Bread Brown wheat
- 1 Small Onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp Curd
- 1 Tbsp Semolina sooji
- 1 Tbsp Refined flour (maida)
- 1 big Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Tsp Black peppercorns
- 1 Tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves
- 2 Tbsp Oil for frying
- 1 Tsp Oil

Instructions
- Cut the bread into small pieces' in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients mentioned above and make a dough.
- Take small pieces and make into a ball.
- Flatten it like a cutlet and make a whole in the centre and keep it ready.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry it.
- Ensure it is cooked on a low flame.
- Drain from oil when it becomes light brown. If you like it dark brown fry it little longer.
